Broadband is a necessity in our current social, economic, and political landscape, and we need to treat it as such. I am proposing the creation of a non-profit, community-owned broadband service that ends the practice of monopolistic, anti-competitive telecom giants draining rural Alberta's pockets.

Evaluating where and how Camrose's zoning decisions are failing the city, specifically with a focus on food deserts, zones of poverty, and high cost of living, and what needs to be done to fix them.

Every Camrosian should have access to the city, and with the cost of driving getting higher and higher, this can improve accessibility and affordability. Giving Camrosians a choice in how they move through the City can also improve safety on our roads and reduce wear-and-tear.

Whether it's integrating more and more green energy into our grid, building capacity and infrastructure for electric vehicles, or working to help families, businesses, and essential services get access to batteries that allow them to save money and protect themselves and their equipment from service disruptions, it's time to get ambitious about electricity.

Housing in Camrose is extremely expensive for what the City is, and while high-value housing isn't a bad thing, it needs to come with a balance of more affordable options to ensure that Camrosians at all income levels have options.

Camrose's historic downtown is a genuinely beautiful part of our City, but a failure to account for and respond to the realities of the 21st century have deeply undermined our local businesses - and it's time to think ambitiously about how to change that.
